Harvest

In 1590, Soderini mentions a “sweet Ciregiuolo”: “……vine with long and sparse bunches, the fat grain more hairy than any other kind of grapes, its flavor is sweet and odoriferous and so makes wine; it is good in countries and hot lands”.

THE TERRITORY
9 hectares in the heart of a land rich in history and charm

Our vineyards are located in the heart of Umbria wildest and least known, but full of suggestions and charm. Nature has traits of extraordinary beauty that are still uncontaminated; the landscapes, sometimes harsh, give the territory great strength and personality. The cultivated area covers 9 hectares, located between Narni, San Gemini, Penna in Teverina and Attigliano, in the province of Terni where IGT Narni is produced. The conformation of the soils is extremely varied. Ciliegiolo and Grechetto, cultivated at 290 meters above sea level, rise on clayey limestone stretches; Trebbiano, grown at an altitude of 200 meters, requires medium-structured soils. The secret of our quality is in our nature.
