By car:
From Rome, take highway A1 toward Orte. Merge onto State Road SS 675/E45 toward Terni, and take the exit for San Gemini–Narni Scalo. Enter State Road 3 ter and continue for about 6 km (3.7 miles), then turn left at Località Pianello (signs for Colle Pizzuto).

From Perugia, take SS 3 Bis and merge onto E45 toward Terni for about 75 km (46 miles). Exit at San Gemini Nord, then continue along State Road 3 ter/SS3ter toward Narni. After about 4 km (2.5 miles), turn right at Località Pianello (signs for Colle Pizzuto).

From Florence, take highway A1/E35 toward Rome and merge onto the Perugia–Bettolle highway connector. Take the Valdichiana exit and continue past Perugia; then take E45 toward Terni–Rome for about 75 km (46 miles) and exit at San Gemini Nord. Continue along State Road 3 ter/SS3ter toward Narni. After about 4 km (2.5 miles), turn right at Località Pianello (signs for Colle Pizzuto).

By train:
San Gemini can also be reached from major Italian cities, thanks to connections operated by Ferrovie dello Stato and Umbria Mobilità. Train routes that stop at San Gemini include:
